Kickstart the New Year off Right

Happy New Year!

To kick off the year with a bang, I have a fantastic month planned for January. It's not going to be a regular, boring January at LP Golf Performance, that's for sure. I can't wait to see what 2023 has in store for us, and I hope you'll join us on this journey.

 
 

Allow me to help you propel your game forward through my programming. I’ve set up a free, follow-along Golf Yoga plan for an incredible start, upgrade or continuation of your golf-fitness goals (click on the image below to save and print out). The sessions in the program are ALL available on demand.

 

 

Remember that the above programming is simply a suggestion…perhaps a motivation or inspiration, but never an obligation. What I mean by that is that I invite you to really listen to the signs of your body and to mindfully (never forcefully) yet consistently(!) challenge physical boundaries.

Starting & staying consistent is what is going to elevate your game massively in 2023. The best plan is the one you're still doing December 31, 2023. Now of course there are important details and nuances that make up such a successful plan. The High Performance athletes I coach know this. They aren't missing out on important and personal nuances. They have a nurturing empowering way of training for championship golf. There are so many individual and program variables to take into account. There are ups and downs along the journey that need to be taken care of for it to flourish into sustainable high performances. Hence I don't offer single lessons but only have a 12 month 1:1 coaching commitment.

Let’s have the end in mind -- What is it that you would like to have accomplished, let go of, experienced more of, or have mastered?

Over here, if I’m being completely honest with you, I am committed to allowing for more recovery & restoration in my own training plan. I’m open to experiencing a focused yet balanced journey in my roles as an entrepreneur and coach. Also, expect a year of my fresh top notch instructions in Golfers Magazine (NL-BE), new in depth columns on Nationaal Golfmagazine (NL-BE), and I’ll continue with the aspiration of moving mountains within the international community too.

Liesbeth Pauwels

is passionate about modern sport psychology and ancient eastern philosophy, she continuously moves towards re-establishing balance in the body and mind, for herself and for her clients.

Her mission is :

With a decade over professional experience as a golf movement coach, she also has worked with Jason Glass, the Dutch Golf Federation, the PGA of Holland, GOLF.NL and helped thousands of golfers all over Europe.


She graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada with a degree in Kinesiology - the study of human performance. She is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Fitness & Junior Level 3, SuperSpeed Golf Certified Level 3 & is also a registered certified Yoga Teacher.
